Massage Session
Relax with a soothing 30-minute massage. Multiple studies have shown that massage therapy is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain, and muscle tension. Your session will be customized for you.

Reflexology Session
By touching the whole body through reflex points on the feet (and hands and ears), the practitioner may be able to  reduce pain, manage stress, and stimulate positive health changes in their clients.  Your 30 minute (foot focused) session will allow you to experience relaxation to your body and mind, as well as  feet that feel fabulous by the end of the session.   Schedule with either Ken or Jodi.

Cupping Session
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. This loosens muscles, encourages blood flow and relieves back and neck pain. At The Massage Way we use the vacuum method, not fire heated cups. Session provided by Ken Grosch, LMT
